About Mastertech Assist
Mastertech Assist is a new and independent Mercedes-Benz and Smart specialist operating within the North West, owned and operated by Tom & Julie Kennedy and Craig & Amanda Lund. Tom and Craig were factory trained with over 35 years combined main dealer experience in all aspects of diagnosis, service and repair work while working for the largest Mercedes-Benz service department in the UK. Julie and Amanda run the office and reception desk and ensure you receive a warm welcome, as well as ensuring that cars are delivered to and picked up from customers and that all the technicians (spouses included!) are kept busy!
Customer Care
Our customer waiting area has complimentary refreshments and magazines should you wish to wait. There's even toys to keep our future customers entertained! Or should you wish to leave your car in our technicians' capable hands, why not take the opportunity to do a little shopping in the town centre less than five minutes walk away?
Our Premises
Our premises are of a modern style, well lit and clean, with ample parking to the front of the building. A 24 hour CCTV system is in operation to provide peace of mind when leaving your vehicles. The workshop is comprised of two independent service areas with hydraulic ramps and to aid diagnosis we are utilising the latest genuine Mercedes-Benz STAR machine and software. All of which is co-ordinated by our integrated customer database.
